I must say that when we first took on KYCS Locate at our dealership it was a last ditch effort to secure our inventory against theft as other products in the market we have tried did not live up to our expectations.

Pretty quickly I realized LOCATE by KYCS was a different product and their team could help combat the constant, increasing threat of  vehicle theft in our area.

Over the last 48 days we have suffered 3 vehicle thefts involving our St Jerome dealership.

The first on Dec 12th 2023 and the recovery team at KYCS tracked our RAM 1500 TRX for 4 days. KYCS LOCATE recovered our truck from inside a shipping container that was destined for Tangier Morocco . They were lucky enough to recover 2 other stolen truck in the same container.  Impressive!
Our second theft was a week later on Dec 19th. Another Ram 1500!  The KYCS team went to work and recovered our Ram 3 days later not far from our dealership.

Finally but I don’t think lastly, Jan 29 2024 we had one of our DEMO Jeep Wranglers stolen in town and KYCS did not disappoint me.  Over 40 hours they chased this moving target ultimately to a storage facility north of Montreal where KYCS engaged several police forces including the Surete Du Quebec Auto Theft Task Force to flush the vehicle out of the Private, secured faculty and into the open where the thieves finally dumped our Jeep in a remote rural area known to police as a hot spot. KYCS LOCATE led Surete to the location to recover your Jeep! Well done KYCS!

Beyond the positives regarding the recoveries of over $200,000.00 in vehicles stolen from us the KYCS Recovery Team was great at keeping me informed of developments as they progressed .
