Assistant / Receptionist

Main tasks and responsibilities:

-Answer incoming calls with courtesy and professionalism;

-Transfer calls to employees;

-Reception and opening of mail;

-Respond to various requests from consumers and dealers.-Suivis de dossiers;

-Support for representatives;

-Carry out reception, data entry and updates in the database and print certificates when necessary. Ensure the conformity of certificates;

-Participate in the preparation of orders including the preparation of shipping documents by carrier;

-Perform and invoice various services and carry out various follow-ups and reminders with authorized depositories;

– Participation in taking inventories;

-Electronic and physical filing of files;

-Welcoming visitors;

-Follow training given by the company and act as a replacement in the absence of a work colleague;

– Carry out any other related task requested by their immediate superior or required by their duties.

Requirements :

  • Excellent sense of customer service.
  • Mandatory bilingualism.
  • Mastery of the Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Asset mastery of Acomba accounting software.
  • Diploma of professional studies (DEP) in secretarial or office automation technology.
  • Developed sense of mutual assistance.

Type of employment: Part-time 2 days per week (14 hours), in person. Possibility of working more hours in 1 year.
